STERILISED PRODUCT.
Preparation: Heat the opened tin in a bain-marie for 1/2 hour, until the fat is melted. At the same time, heat the oven. Place the pieces of meat in an ovenproof dish, skin side up (thigh, breasts and wings only) and sprinkle with the gelatine in the bottom of the tin (under the fat) and brown in a hot oven for about 10 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Serve with the other pieces contained in the tin and some baked potatoes sautéed in the confit fat.
