Pedro Ximénez is made from grapes of the same name, which are raisined in the sun to obtain a must with an extraordinary concentration of sugars. ebony-coloured wine with iodised iridescence.
The winemaking process:
- the wine is purchased at the winery
- is brought to our producer’s factory
- the ingredients are blended
- is cooked in a motorised pot
- the temperature is quickly lowered
- is bottled
- vacuum is created
- labelled MANUALLY
