Bulky goods: the delivery of bulky goods to flats, houses or buildings with stairs will incur an associated cost. If you want the carrier to deliver the order to the door of your home and to reach it there is a step or it is a flat, you must ask us to hire a second person from the transport agency as this type of product is palletised and lined with wood to avoid damage during transport, so the weight and dimensions are considerable. This cost is borne by the customer. If no other person is required, it should be taken into account that the customer assumes the cost of the journey from the delivery door to the door of the customer’s home.

Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. If the order is placed between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., it will leave our warehouse on the same day.
