Its nine months of maturing give it an intense flavour and aroma, a flaky texture and a great persistence in the mouth that invites you to repeat.

Its six months of maturing give it an ivory-yellow colour. The flavour of this artisan D.O. Manchego cheese is aromatic, intense, very elegant and with a long finish.

Creamy texture and off-white colour. Lactic smell that can remind of cream, butter and yoghurt. Pleasant and elegant flavour.
