Created using the most traditional winemaking techniques, it is made with the best Tempranillo Blanco, vinified on its lees for 6 months (with weekly battonage), to which is added the traditional family recipe of more than 30 botanicals, including herbs, roots, flowers, spices and fruits. To enjoy it at its best, we recommend serving it chilled and with friends.
On the nose, high aromatic intensity with hints of scrubland, aromatic medicinal herbs, orange peel and a continuous background of fruit elements (from the Tempranillo Blanco variety). On the palate, very balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and pleasant bitterness, inviting you to keep drinking. Long finish with hints of sweet spices, orange blossom and Seville orange peel.
