Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from olives from Olivar de Sierra, from the Sierra de las Villas in Jaén. Contains three types of local varieties: Matihuela, Cerezuela de Villacarrillo and Royal de Cazorla. The Matihuela variety is grown exclusively by Molino de Casilda, which makes this AOVE unique in the world.
Harvested at the end of October by mechanical means with vibrators and milled a maximum of 4 hours after harvesting.
Acidity: 0,19 Fruity: 5,8.
Presented in a black painted glass bottle with a five-colour silk-screen print with a glass reserve on the base.
Keep in a cool place, away from light and heat.
