100% picual AOVE obtained directly from olives harvested between 12 and 31 October and elaborated only by mechanical processes.

It is presented in a box of 6 bottles of 500 ml of high quality painted and screen-printed glass with dosing cap and carton.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Colour: Intense green oil, clean and bright. Smell: Intense fruity of green olive, with herbaceous and vegetable aromas, tomato, artichoke and vegetables appear in the foreground. In the background, riper hints of almond, kiwi and green banana. Complex, clean and fragrant. Taste: It has a smooth entry on the palate, with great harmony, reminding us of the same vegetal sensations perceived on the nose. Balanced bitterness and spiciness. Almond aftertaste. Persistent. Uses: Raw for seasoning, marinating, pairing and to enhance the flavour of simple preparations and exquisite dishes whose taste satisfies the most demanding palates.
