BUYING GUIDE
Buy in www.iberosgourmet.com is very easy. Just follow the steps below:
1. Choose the category (example. Hams & sausages), once in it, click on a subcategory (example. hams), view the products and click on the one that interests you (eg. 5 Jotas). If you click on the picture, you can see it enlarged and in more detail. In the product sheets you will find detailed information about the products, pairings, recipes, combinations and information about our collaborators. [If you have it clear, in many cases you can add them directly from the category to make a quicker purchase, make a comparison with other products or add it to your wish list].
2. Add the product you want to buy to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. If you want more units of the same product, you can do it by clicking on + and indicate the desired quantity.
Both from the products and from the shopping cart you can easily add items to your shopping list, making it easier for you to finalize your order in future purchases.
3. Once added to your cart, a pop-up screen will appear where you can view the items in your cart, checkout or click outside the pop-up screen to continue shopping.
4. If you choose “finalize purchase” a screen with your detailed order will appear.
5. Review your order information and if you want to continue shopping click on the desired category; if you have already completed your order, click on “checkout”.
6. If you are already registered, you will need to enter your username and password; if you are not, you can register and create an account or buy as a guest. and fill in the required fields in the form below.
7. In the next step, check your personal data and your shipping and billing address. You can add as many addresses as you need to receive your orders; you can also add a remark for the carrier with the indications you consider. Then, on the next screen, review your order, and finally, choose your payment method, accept our terms and conditions and confirm the order.
8. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming your order, which will be shipped as soon as possible. Remember that if you have requested a product that needs to be kept cold, we will send it in a special transport. Make sure you have cold storage at the delivery address to keep it in optimal conditions.

What payment method can I use to make my online purchase?
The available payment methods are:
– Credit or debit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
YES.. We use secure payment systems. Confidential credit or debit card payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the financial institution. When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled for Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing bank, which will request authentication and authorization of the transaction.
Why might my credit card be declined?
If your card is declined it may be for one of the following reasons:
– The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
– The card limit for purchases may have been reached. Check with your bank.
– Some of the data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields with the correct information.
– When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the card is activated for Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing financial institution, which will ask the buyer to authorize the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only take place if the credit card issuing bank confirms the authentication code and the card will be charged at that time. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
How can I pay through Bizum?
When you select the Bizum payment option, you will be prompted to follow the instructions on the page to make the secure payment.
How can I make my payment by bank transfer?
It is very easy. Once you have selected this payment option, we will send you an email indicating the steps to follow and providing you with the account number where you can make the payment.
The deadline for the transfer will be 3 days after the order has been placed. This will not be confirmed until our account has been debited. If we have not received the payment within 5 days, we will proceed to cancel the order.
The transfer costs will always be paid by the buyer.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
YES.. If when creating your account, in the “address” section you have indicated that you are a company (by clicking on “company” and entering your CIF or NIF), when you place an order, the “invoice” box will be checked by default in your purchase process. If you are an individual or self-employed, you can also request an invoice during the purchase process by changing the ticket option to invoice. You will receive your PDF invoice with your order.
Where can I receive my orders?
Your orders will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when creating your account, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in this information. If you have ordered products that need to be refrigerated for transport, make sure you have a suitable place to store them until they are used.
We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain. We do not ship to post office boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
IMPORTANT: The delivery times indicated are approximate and from the departure of the package from the warehouse and on working days (Monday to Friday).
Spain 24-96 hours / rest of Europe: 4-5 days
Orders are not served on Sundays or holidays. Occasionally, there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control (accidents, traffic…).
Please note that local holidays may affect the delivery of orders.
You will be able to track the status of your orders through “My orders” in the “My account” area of our website.
Deliveries:
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays in August.

How will I receive my order?
Products that by their nature require cold will be shipped by COLD service (controlled temperature between +2ºC and +8ºC) guaranteeing that in no case the cold chain is broken, being deliveries preferably before 13:30 to ensure the best conditions for your order.
When your order is delivered, you should check that everything is in accordance with your order. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please indicate it in the delivery note of the carrier, and you should contact us through our contact form at www.iberosgourmet.com/contacto.leaving us your personal information and order number explaining the discrepancy or problem, and we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the incident.
How much does it cost me to receive my order?
The shipping cost will be 6,95 € for standard shipments and 9,95 € if any product of the order requires cold transport, if the sum of the items included in the order exceeds 75,00 €, the shipping will be FREE regardless of whether it requires cold or not. These conditions do not apply to fish and seafood orders or to customers with Catering and Shops rates, which will be governed by the particular conditions of these customers.
Saturday deliveries will be charged an extra 9,95 €. However, during the purchase process, the Customer will be informed of the transport costs corresponding to the chosen delivery method and the foreseeable delivery time.
What happens if I do not receive my order within the agreed deadline?
If for reasons of force majeure it is impossible for us to deliver the order on the agreed date, the courier company will contact you to set a new date. Contact us to solve this issue through our contact form at www.iberosgourmet.com/contacto.
What can I do if I will not be at the address I indicated to receive my order?
In this case, please contact our transport company (Monday to Friday fr If it is located within the same delivery area, there will be no additional cost. If not, you will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs to the courier company.

Only products in DRY condition will be shipped to these areas, excluding those that require cold for their transportation (i.e., those with the * symbol on the product photograph).
Any order with delivery address located outside these countries will be rejected during the order process. For security reasons, no orders will be shipped to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will any order be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his or her address.
Can I return my order?
If, at the time of delivery to the Customer, the Product is defective or not in conformity with the agreement between the Parties, the Customer may request the replacement of the Product, unless this is objectively impossible or disproportionate in accordance with the applicable legislation.

For perishable products, in the event of any incident regarding the conservation or suitability of the product, prior digital contribution of the aforementioned incident, another product of similar characteristics will be sent as an exchange option, in accordance with current legislation, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The customer undertakes under his responsibility to destroy the aforementioned product and Grupo el Capricho declines any responsibility for the incorrect execution of this fact.
If a product arrives in poor condition due to transport, the CUSTOMER must indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier and communicate this circumstance within 24 hours of receipt must communicate this circumstance via email to pedidos@iberosgourmet.com attaching one or more photographs of the same.

In the case of household goods, you have 15 (fifteen) days to return them. You will be refunded for such products in accordance with our Return Policy.
The right of withdrawal shall be applicable provided that the products are returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels and together with any related accessories.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods and other goods which by their nature are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
We will determine if the products are in the same condition in which they were shipped to you. Products that have been returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled due to the customer’s fault will not be reimbursed and will be returned to the sender and reshipped freight collect.

PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL, can offer customers different types of shipping methods. The availability of different shipping methods will depend on various factors, such as the Store’s own decision whether or not to offer a particular shipping method, the type of Product and other factors. PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL does not guarantee the availability at all times of different shipping methods.
When, depending on the above factors, there are different shipping modalities, these may be, among others, the following:
A) Normal Shipping.
B) Urgent Shipment. Subject to availability +7€ plus shipping costs
The Customer shall select the delivery method he/she prefers from those available.
During the purchase process, the Customer will be informed of the transport costs corresponding to the chosen delivery method and the foreseeable delivery time.
Home delivery address: In the case of Normal and Express Delivery, Products purchased in the Store will be shipped to the postal address indicated by the Customer. The postal address may not be a post office box or public places, such as public streets, squares, stations, airports or other similar places. Once the shipping and billing information has been recorded, any changes to it should be made by email to pedido@iberosgourmet.com . These changes may cause delays in delivery times. In such a case, claims for reimbursement of freight charges shall not be admissible.
The delivery time for Normal Delivery will be between 1 and 4 working days in Spain (except for island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 working days), between 3 and 4 days in Portugal (except for island territories, where the delivery time will be 10 working days), and between 3 and 6 days in the rest of Europe. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from the verification of the order, except in case of force majeure, always bearing in mind that orders verified after the cut-off time (13:00h) will count as recorded the next day, since they cannot be prepared the same day.
The delivery time in the Express Delivery mode, whenever available, will be a maximum of 1 working day in Spain and 3 working days in the rest of Europe, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local holidays from the verification of the order, except in case of force majeure, always taking into account that orders verified after the cut-off time (13:00h) will count as recorded the next day, since they cannot be prepared the same day.
These deadlines may vary depending on the unavailability of stock of items contained in the order, as well as specific dates of high activity, such as the Christmas campaign, not guaranteeing compliance with the published deadlines. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for express delivery (or normal delivery for orders under 100€) be refunded if the deadline is not met during the Christmas period between December 1st and January 6th. or in specific periods such as Black Friday, Cybermonday or similar dates when there is a much higher demand than normal.
In the case of Normal or Urgent Home Delivery, if delivery of the Product is refused or not possible at the address indicated in a first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the same day or on successive days. If delivery is not possible in this second attempt, the Product shall be returned to the Store. Transportation and return costs shall be borne by the Customer and the price of the Products that could not be delivered shall be refunded to the Customer using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the initial purchase.
In the event that for any reason PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL does not comply with its obligation to deliver within the deadlines set, or within a period specifically agreed with PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL, the Client will summon it to make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances of the case. If PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL does not deliver within this additional period, the Client will have the right to terminate the contract. In case of termination of the contract PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL will return to the Customer as soon as possible the amounts paid by the latter.
NOTE: The days referred to in the shipping terms are always counted as working days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders verified after 13:00h will count as recorded the following day, as they cannot be prepared on the same day.
The user acquires ownership of the products at the moment he/she receives the confirmation of shipment of the products. The responsibility for the products of THE COMPANY will be transferred to the user at the time of delivery of the order placed.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made from our website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
According to Spanish regulations, we are obliged to issue invoices for orders over 3.000 € (VAT included).
Shipping costs will be added in the purchase summary, before making the payment.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the site without prior notice.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any given time on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will be fully reimbursed for any amounts paid.
We shall not be obliged to supply you with the product(s) at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as the incorrect price.
The rights recognized by the legislation in force remain unaffected.

When you make the transfer, you must indicate the order number and the name and surname of the customer as a reference. The deadline for the transfer will be 3 days after the order has been placed. This will not be confirmed until our account has been debited. If we have not received the payment within five days, we will proceed to cancel the order.

The refund will be in the same form of payment. In the case of bank transfer, you must indicate in the return form an account number to be credited.
PRODUCTOS SELECTOS J3M, SL reserves the right to check personal data and take appropriate measures to ensure that the goods are correctly delivered.
To return a food product you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, not being possible to return perishable goods and those that by their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly. In the case of household goods, you have 15 days to return them.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, labels and along with any related accessories. The customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned so we recommend that you always send your returns through a system that certifies delivery for your security.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on perishable items.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and in no case will we accept returns sent freight collect.
If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to any refund and we will return the COMPANY’s products to you freight collect.
