Vinegar flavoured with padrón pepper: complex aroma, with very defined notes of green pepper. Intense flavour, combining a fresh acidity softened by the ageing and the intensity of the padrón pepper. Suitable for lovers of intense flavours.
Fennel-flavoured vinegar: Fennel-flavoured vinegar: Pinkish-mahogany in colour. Aromatic plant essences stand out on the nose. Intense flavour, long finish with slight hints of red fruits. Suitable for warm and sweet and sour salads.
Garlic-flavoured vinegar: Intense mahogany-gray appearance. On the nose, notes of red fruits with hints of ageing and the wine of origin, with a subtle garlic aroma. Powerful on the palate. Suitable for game and red meat stews and marinades.
