Tasting Notes:

Vinegar flavoured with laurel: Amber colour with golden reflections. Balanced nose, with aromatic intensity. Predominant acidic notes combine with floral notes. Mellow and pleasant with spicy and laurel aromas. Suitable for salads and marinades.

Vinegar flavoured with padrón pepper: complex aroma, with very defined notes of green pepper. Intense flavour, combining a fresh acidity softened by the ageing and the intensity of the padrón pepper. Suitable for lovers of intense flavours.

Fennel-flavoured vinegar: Fennel-flavoured vinegar: Pinkish-mahogany in colour. Aromatic plant essences stand out on the nose. Intense flavour, long finish with slight hints of red fruits. Suitable for warm and sweet and sour salads.

Garlic-flavoured vinegar: Intense mahogany-gray appearance. On the nose, notes of red fruits with hints of ageing and the wine of origin, with a subtle garlic aroma. Powerful on the palate. Suitable for game and red meat stews and marinades.

All vinegars are made from Ribeiro Denomination of Origin wine.
