In the mouth it denotes firmness and a marked character that is a real delicacy for lovers of good cheese.
PAIRING
It is very appetising with a full-bodied, vigorous and aromatic red reserva wine. Also with brandy, knowing that the more powerful this eau-de-vie is, the better it will go well with a cured, long-ripened Manchego cheese.
