Produced in one of the most emblematic cheese dairies in the province of Zamora; made with milk from its own extensive grazing herd.
Tasting notes: With an ivory colour, this 6 months cured cheese, with clean aromas and high intensity with clear notes of maturation, has a dense texture, a wonderful buttery texture and an intense aromatic sensation of great balance. Sweet and aromatic cheese with a long aftertaste that evokes certain mushroom notes due to its excellent rind. We recommend tasting it including the rind, as it provides a really revealing nuance.
