Cinco Jotas pork loin is one of the gastronomic references of our country. The loin is obtained from pure Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns. A rich and healthy product that forms part of the Mediterranean diet.
Cinco Jotas pork loin is produced with the greatest care in our cellars in the south of the Iberian Peninsula. The purebred Iberian pigs are reared in the wild and fed only acorns during the fattening process. This type of nutrient provides a high percentage of oleic acid, which gives the piece its special flavour and makes it a food with omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9.
TIPS
It is recommended to protect it from the sun or other direct sources of heat. Can be kept at room temperature in a cool and ventilated place.
Once received, be sure to remove the part from the protective sleeve. For cutting, use suitable utensils such as a sausage cutting board, a suitable knife and a sharpener. We recommend that the piece is consumed within 6 months of receipt.
