Remember: European Hake or Cantabrian Hake ( Merluccius merluccius ) which has always been called hake, but now it has to use its surname. This is due to the appearance, in recent years, of hake from other latitudes which, although they are quality fish, have nothing to do with ours. In this canned product we offer you authentic Cantabrian hake.
