Half suckling lamb confit in duck fat, ready to heat and serve. Served in a tin presented in a case.
Weight: 2,5 kg
Preparation: Heat the opened tin in a bain-marie for half an hour until the fat is melted. At the same time heat the oven. In an ovenproof dish, place the lamb, completely drained, skin side up. Roast in a moderate oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the skin starts to brown. Serve with baked potatoes sautéed in the confit fat.
