ELABORATION
Manual selection of grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature during the fermentation process.
30 days with daily pumping over. Racking. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aged in 225 litre new French oak barrels (100%) and toasted MT for 5 months. Natural fining in the cask itself. Stabilisation and bottling.
TASTING NOTES
In view, very intense and bright cherry red colour, with very high robe and violet reflections. On the nose, very intense aromas of very ripe red fruits (strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants), enveloped in a touch of fresh and balsamic wood. On the palate, a powerful, fleshy entry with a long, flavoursome and intensely concentrated finish.
fruity Slightly sweet and mineral finish that does not become heavy due to its balanced acidity.
