Handmade from fresh fish. European hake cooked in green sauce. Hake from the fish markets of the Bay of Biscay with all the guarantee of freshness. Remember: European Hake or Cantabrian Hake ( Merluccius merluccius ) which has always been called hake, but now, however, it has to use its surname. This is due to the appearance, in recent years, of hake from other latitudes which, although they are quality fish, have nothing to do with ours. In this canned product we offer you authentic Cantabrian hake.
