Pheasant reared in semi-freedom. Cooked in a traditional way and bottled in a 200 gr. jar.
Ingredients: boneless pheasant, onion, salt, pepper, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, bay leaf, cloves and garlic.
Pheasant pâté is different from the rest, made with pheasant liver to which we add fruity touches to achieve that different texture.
It combines fruity acid touches with other sweeter touches added by the onion.
Ingredients: pheasant meat, pheasant liver, oil, onion, mushrooms, salt, apple, banana, white wine, juniper, duck fat, cream and egg.
