Cinco Jotas products are one of the gastronomic references of our country. The prey is obtained from pure Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns. A rich and healthy product that forms part of the Mediterranean diet.
Made from a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs reared free-range in the dehesas of the Iberian Peninsula.
The pigs receive exceptional care throughout their lives and are fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera season. Acorns provide the animal with a high percentage of oleic acid, which gives the loin scientifically proven healthy characteristics.
The Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian acorn-fed whole loin is presented in a whole piece of between 850 g and 1 kg.
TIPS
Storage: In a cool, ventilated place until consumption. Once received, it should be removed from the plastic sleeve that protects it during transport.
At the moment of cutting, the necessary equipment must be available before starting. A cutting board, a suitable knife and a sharpener are the basic elements to get the best out of each piece.
It is recommended to consume the piece within 6 months of receiving it. It can be perfectly preserved at room temperature, although it is advisable to avoid direct exposure to the sun or heat sources.
