PRODUCTION AND AGEING
Elaboration: Its elaboration begins with a careful selection of the best Airén grape wines distilled in our own distillery using traditional methods in Arabic stills. Aged in American oak casks that previously contained the finest sherries, amontillados and olorosos, and thanks to the traditional Criaderas and Solera ageing method, young distillates are blended with older ones, thus revealing an extraordinary brandy.
