INGREDIENTS:
Whole black truffle (approx.10gr) (Tuber melanosporum), water and salt. 41ml
METHOD OF USE:
Truffle juice is used for sauces, stews, consommé… Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
Note that the preserved truffle has undergone sterilisation methods, which reduces its aroma and flavour compared to a fresh black truffle. Even so, using canned truffles will work equally well for smaller, more personal menus, recommending black truffles for larger events. \n
