Extra Virgin Olive Oil Los Villalones Perdigón is the juice of olives that are not of sufficient size to be consumed as table olives. These olives are known by the colloquial name of “Perdigón”, the same as the young of the red partridge so common in the area.
It is an oil that will not leave you indifferent, with an intense green colour, a powerful flavour and a spicy aftertaste with persistence.
It should be borne in mind that these olives are so small in size and as they are harvested early, approximately 10 kilos of olives are required to obtain one litre of oil.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
High intensity oil with hints of green leaves, green apple and fennel, and with a medium itchiness in the throat after a few seconds.
