Extra Virgin Olive Oil Los Villalones Perdigón is the juice of olives that do not have sufficient caliber to be consumed as table olives. These olives are known by the colloquial name “Perdigón”, the same as the young of the red partridge so common in the area.
It is an oil that will not leave you indifferent with an intense green color, powerful flavor and spicy aftertaste with persistence.
It must be taken into account that these olives are so small in size and are harvested early, that to obtain one liter of oil, approximately 10 kilos of olives are required.

Oil with high intensities with hints of green leaf, green apple and fennel, and with a medium spiciness in the throat after a few seconds.
