This 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin from Sierra de Jabugo S.L. is a product made in a traditional way. Cured for three months in a natural dryer in the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche (Huelva).
Loin of pork from 100% Iberian pigs fed naturally on acorns during the montanera season. This is why this loin of pork is called “de bellota” (acorn-fed).
The pieces are cured for between 80 and 90 days in our natural drying sheds in the Sierra de Huelva.
We sell them as whole or half pieces. Piece of 1 kg. or two pieces of 500 gr. approx. vacuum-packed of our 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin. If you select the weight of the piece you can see its price.
The breed and feeding with acorns are supervised by the certifying .
