ELABORATION
A distillate made from the Galician white grape Albariño and nuanced with 11 natural botanicals.
Among these, 6 Galician wild botanicals – such as sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus and a marine plant, salicornia – give the product its particular fresh, aromatic and surprising character. It also incorporates juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and Ceylon black tea.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Transparency
To the nose: Aromatic gin, with delicate aromas of white fruit, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and laurel, accompanied by a subtle touch of juniper.
Palate: Fresh and fruity notes, with retronasal hints of laurel and juniper.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
In a wide glass with plenty of ice, add 5 cl of Nordés, 20 cl of tonic, preferably neutral, and garnish with a skewer of white grape.
An original but simple preparation that reinforces the fruity aromas of the gin and defines a perfect gin & tonic to enjoy in good company.
