All Cinco Jotas products are benchmarks of Spanish haute cuisine. The breed of purebred Iberian pigs from which our products are obtained is carefully selected. This is the starting point of our production, together with a careful fattening process, which is based on feeding the animals only with acorns. The feed provides a high percentage of healthy oleic acids, which also gives it its characteristic flavour.
The Cinco Jotas half round of 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork is presented in a whole piece of between 400 g and 500 gr.
TIPS
Storage: Make sure it is kept in a cool, well-ventilated place, without direct heat sources nearby or exposure to the sun. It should be removed from the protective case once you have it at home.
To cut it, you will need a sausage cutting board, a suitable knife and a sharpener.
We recommend consuming the loin within 6 months of receipt.
