Intense flavour, combining a fresh acidity softened by the ageing and the intensity of the padr\u00f3n pepper. Suitable for lovers of intense flavours.<\/p>\n Fennel-flavoured vinegar<\/strong>: Fennel-flavoured vinegar: Pinkish-mahogany in colour. Aromatic plant essences stand out on the nose. Intense flavour, long finish with slight hints of red fruits. Suitable for warm and sweet and sour salads.<\/p>\n Garlic-flavoured vinegar:<\/strong> Intense mahogany-gray appearance. On the nose, notes of red fruits with hints of ageing and the wine of origin, with a subtle garlic aroma. Powerful on the palate.
