Handmade with Manzanilla wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, without adding water.

No colouring or preservatives.

Contains sulphites and a low percentage of alcohol.

Manzanilla is a dry white wine, made from Palomino grapes and aged under a layer of yeast called “velo de flor”.

The winemaking process:

  • the wine is purchased at the winery
  • is brought to our producer’s factory
  • the ingredients are blended
  • is cooked in a motorised pot
  • the temperature is quickly lowered
  • is bottled
  • vacuum is created
  • labelled MANUALLY
  • packed in boxes
