<p>Pinkish in colour and with the characteristic fat marbling of the Ibérico de Bellota cured meats from the Pedroches Valley.</p>
<p>It has a mild aroma and a sweet yet intense flavour.</p>
<p>It has a smooth texture with traces of fat infiltration.</p>
<p>Cured for 3 months.</p>
<p>Gluten and lactose free.</p>
