Nordés stands out for its alcoholic base that uses albariño grapes to achieve a smooth aroma with fruity notes and white flowers, making it a pleasant and easy to drink gin. It is nuanced with 11 natural botanicals, 6 of them Galician wild botanicals – such as sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus, and a marine plant, salicornia – which give the product its particular fresh, aromatic and surprising character.

TASTING NOTES
To the eye: transparency.
To the nose: aromatic gin, with delicate aromas of white fruit, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and laurel, accompanied by a subtle touch of juniper.
On the palate: fresh and fruity notes, with retronasal hints of laurel and juniper.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
In a wide glass with plenty of ice, add 5 cl of Nordés, 20 cl of tonic, preferably neutral, and garnish with a skewer of white grape.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
A good tonic or a good Sprite and you’ve got it. But don’t worry, it doesn’t sting. It’s a very chill chilli.

Ampersand Melon Candy is a Premium Gin (like all our gins), made from juniper and, in case the name didn’t give you a clue, honeydew melon. A surprising proposal that highlights the tasty and sweet aroma of melon to create exquisite cocktails that evoke summer. Like the beach photos of Instagram memories.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Bright and clean. A soft green tone with yellow glints.
Nose: Remarkable notes of melon at its ideal point of ripeness.
Palate: Smooth on the palate, fresh and sweet melon nuances on a savoury finish.

RECOMENDACIÓN DE CONSUMO
Thas the sweetest flavour, so what suits it best are those acidic details that can be given by lemon juice or soft drinks. Even so, what we like to add to it is imagination. And see what happens.

ELABORATION
Ampersand Blueberries is a (come on you know it) Premium Gin, made from juniper and a selection of blueberries. Its striking taste, between sour and sweet, brings a unique touch, revealing fresh and balanced notes. Not the typical C, A, D, G that everyone uses.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: attractive pale blue colour, natural and bright.
Nose: clear blueberry notes, with a clear profile of red berries and forest fruits.
Palate: round and fruity, pleasant on the palate with floral nuances and a silky, fresh finish.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
From a lemon soda looking for a more classic touch to a blueberry juice to enhance all that’s inside. Dark fruits will be a good Robin for this Batman.

Ampersand Sweet Strawberries is a Premium Gin made from juniper and strawberries from the south of Spain. A selection – in which we have put a lot of care – of the best aromas to create a versatile and balanced gin that stands out for its unmistakable flavour, highlighting the slightly citric and sweet nuances of the strawberries. In short: it smells and tastes like strawberries.

ELABORATION

A distillate made from the Galician white grape Albariño and nuanced with 11 natural botanicals.
